Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel extraordinary in your NADINE MERABI piece; if it is not quite right, you can return your item within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are returned in their original condition with all tags and the signature security ribbon intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Item

  Carefully place the garment back into its original branded packaging, ensuring the security ribbon is still attached and the item is unworn.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-10 business days.
